Landscape and garden design is what GARDENS is about. We have been designing and implementing landscapes for over twenty years, across America and abroad. When we take on a design project we diligently search from the clues and insights we gain from the site and from you until we find the approach that is lying in wait on your property and is reflective of your sense of aesthetics. We consider landscape design to be more a matter of discovery rather than creation - after all, the potentials are there, waiting to be discovered.

The design process is comprised of generating preliminary drawings, final design plans, construction drawings and when needed, renderings. We work throughout the United States and abroad.

We are not restricted in our approach by a proclivity to a given style nor by an intellectual construct, such as insisting on the use of only native plants or always striving for high drama. (Though if you want only native plants and high drama, that is what we will give you.)

Beauty is not a function of style and fashions come and go.  We strive to give you what you want, more abundantly than you have imagined, and we do not cease in the design process until we, and you, feel that has been accomplished. Your garden should look as appropriate and inviting one hundred years from now as today.
